My favorite thing on the menu is the lettuce wraps, I think that is what they are kind of know for 
I’ve been wanting to make them at home for a while, so I started looking around for a copy cat recipe …. This one looks really good, (click on copy cat recipe for the full recipe) I noticed mentioned in a few comments below the recipe, that the restaurant actually uses ground chicken, interesting….I’ve never used ground chicken.
