Easiest way to cook Mini Burgers :: this will save you tons of time

February 3, 2013

I went on a quest for slider recipes and spent

a while looking all over the place.

I finally decided on Ree’s version, cuz’ I

pretty much Love all of The Pioneer Woman’s recipes!!

But the actual process of cooking the Mini Burgers

comes from a youtube video. It’s genius!

I came upon the video about 2 hrs into my quest. Seriously, something is

wrong with me. I kind of want to make sliders

morning noon and night. They are just that easy!!

Easiest Slider recipe ever

Check this out…you mix up your meat and press it all together

on your griddle. The man in the video rolled his out

with a rolling pin. I just pressed them out.

I couldn’t find my rolling pin. Who misplaces a rolling pin?

Then you slice up the sections with a pizza wheel.

As they are cooking you help separate them.

Then you just flip them when they are ready to cook on the other side.

I forgot to take a picture of the finished product.

I guess I was just so excited to eat.

As I’m looking at the photos, I’m thinking….

Raw meat isn’t a pretty sight….neither is greasy frying meat.

But trust me, these are GOOD! PS.

I wonder if I’m forever wrecked in my burger cooking process??
Will I switch to the square burger from the traditional round ??
Will I still call it a Patti?

Fastest way to make Sliders

Go here for the recipe and click on the video to watch the process!!
I hope you all have a beautiful Sunday.
I’m looking forward to going to church and
having a wonderful lunch with my family.
Oh, and I can’t forget about the game.
Hope your team wins!!

Jo, glad it can help you…I bet the kids will enjoy.
I posted it on instagram and makeupmommyx3 shared that she makes hers this way and puts cheese over the entire surface and then cuts it.

Hi Rene’! Thanks for your sweet note. :) Was having techy problems with my blog, so took some time off…but I had to tell you that I made these today after church, and they were a HUGE hit! I love how fast and easy they came together, and they were so good. I swapped out the beef and used turkey and did cheese on top. Will definitely be making these more often- thanks for posting Rene’!
