Thanks loads! I JUST bought a bunch on Fri. I like to keep them out on the counter for looks but they just don’t last. I will run to put them in a bag. 8>)
Cooks Illustrated and Cooks Country are the bomb. Cooks Illustrated has also stated in past articles, that a chilled lemon will do far better when juiced, due to the density from being chilled, and stated that the theory of “rolling” the lemon around the counter to massage the lemon before juicing isn’t as productive as simply pulling a lemon out of the fridge. Go figure.
