If you live in the north or any place with cooler temps you might be dreaming of having a nice big mug of hot cocoa. I had hot cocoa on the brain when I stumbled across one of the cutest little favors I think I have ever seen. The wedding blog Ruffled shared this complete DIYwinter wedding idea here. The amazing thing is, it only cost the bride and groom 35 cents per favor. The idea would be so cute for any winter themed event!! Creature Comfort also shared a really cute post all about Hot Cocoa.
Really Large batch of Hot Cocoa Recipe: Enough to last the whole winter 🙂
1 Large container of Nestle Quick chocolate milk
1 pound of powdered sugar
8 oz powdered creamer
1 T. salt
2 cups of cocoa powder (Ghirardelli)
Mix all ingredients in a very Lg container or use a few smaller ones.
To make Cocoa, fill a mug 1/3 of the way with powdered cocoa mix and fill the rest of the way with hot water or milk.
Stir and enjoy!
PS… the bride also mentioned that this would work well with Chi tea or any powdered drinks.
